Simufact.dieload

In manufacturing applications it is often desired to optimize the life of the tools. For this, it is needed to investigate the load on the tools. This capability is standard available in Simufact.forming, but it is sometimes more efficient - especially in 3D applications - to solve this task in a different approach.

Simufact.dieload enables you to archive all the die loads from a manufacturing simulation. After that, the loads are applied to the tools, which are modeled completely separate, providing an extremely flexible environment.

This kind of structural analysis is faster than a fully "coupled" simulation - at the same level of accurateness and reliability.
